Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 200 is a practical guide to established good practice on crisis management. It provides guidance to help organizations of any size or sector implement and develop a crisis management capability.

It draws a distinction between crisis management and other management disciplines, by examining the overlaps, similarities and some differences that may only be questions of temporary emphasis, priority or urgency.

Readers will get an overview of the way crisis management activities relate to other management activities and processes.

Who is PAS 200 for?
PAS 200 is written for senior managers with strategic responsibility, or anyone with a role in shaping, directing and developing their organizations’ crisis management capability.
