Crisis Management Workshop

A two-part programme is currently being planned for this workshop.
The morning session will be a close scrutiny of the due to be published BSI guidance on Crisis Management known as PAS 200 while the afternoon will be something of a contrast in that delegates will participate in an exercise in which they will learn about the key attributes for members of the crisis management team.
