This workshop is aimed at those practitioners who are looking to develop their understanding of the business continuity lifecycle and the BCI’s 2010 Good Practice Guidelines (GPG).
The focus of the workshop will be to not only introduce the key components of the lifecycle and GPG, but also provide useful information for the development, maintenance and continual improvement which support business continuity management systems and frameworks.
Many organisations have implemented management systems and GPG frameworks but struggle with the continual improvement and ongoing maintenance aspects. In many respects, implementation is the easy part! The workshop will look at how to effectively embed BCM into your organisation.
