This workshop is specifically devoted to encouraging you to think about the priorities that you should be setting for the continuing development of your BCM programme in 2011. BCI have recruited a panel of speakers-cum-session leaders drawn from well-respected end-user organisations; and we have structured the Workshop to ensure that you can exchange ideas and experience with fellow delegates.

Who should attend?

You should attend if you have responsibility for, or interest in, developing a work-programme for BCM within your organisation in 2011 ... or if you are concerned with ensuring that BCM fulfils its role as an important contributor to the strategic success of your organisation.
