BCI Supply Chain Workshop

Whether your organisation has been caught up in recent global events and had their supply chain effected or not, it is hard to ignore how far reaching such events can be on a business. Whether you are an experienced BC practitioner or someone who just wants to understand more about the issues typically faced when managing a supply chain, there will be plenty of topics being discussed and you will have the opportunity to become fully involved.

We shall be drafting in a number of experienced individuals to present on their specialist subjects and these presentations will be followed by group discussion and exercises. As with all BCI Workshops, this is not a training course but an opportunity to learn from fellow practitioners and bring forward issues from your own work situation for which you would like guidance and fresh ideas.
